Everyone help write a poem to be stickied here in the Romantic Poetry forum for the falltime. No Rules, just write your line. I'd like for everyone to participate and write at least one line, tho! (you can add however many lines, as long as they are not consecutive) We'll all put in ideas of what to title it when we feel that it is done. I'll kick out the first line:
The Sun seems to fall away, like the Autumn leaves

The Sun seems to fall away, like the Autumn leaves bright colors fading into night, stars, like lovers-in-waiting...

The Sun seems to fall away, like the Autumn leaves bright colors fading into night, stars, like lovers-in-waiting twinkle with delight
LOL.. that last line has a mood that is a little more giddy than serious... but after thinking about it, what new love isn't?

Okay, Okay...POS.. LOL...what do you think about this:?
The Sun seems to fall away, like the Autumn leaves bright colors fading into night, stars, like lovers-in-waiting twinkle with delight
Gentle breezes sway the treetops wafts of amber and vanilla swirl around Bats flit overhead between the branches Leathern wings flap without a sound
Two hearts beat in magical time, words of love are whispered soft, in heavenly tune and celestial rhyme hopes and dreams are borne aloft
Loves soars high, despite the odds for the magic could fade all too soon many souls burnt by those embers, left in ancient ruin...
