We have a new chat forum recently added to our available features. Beginning this week, (through Summer) we will have member chats at 9:00 PM (CST) every Thursday night~(as long as there is interest) any changes to that schedule will be posted in this link. Log in and click on the CHAT link to chat live with other Mystic Muse members & staff! I would love to chat also.. but Thursday nights is my competition dance class.. It's Cut &W and I'm a rookie.. but it's ohhh so much fun.
I'm probably available after 10pm CST most days (but not Thursday).
Many times at 7 or 7:30 on Tuesdays too.

Well, unfortunately Thursday didn't work out for me, either!
I do have some good news, tho!
I am jamming with these guys and I think I may have found my new band.
We'll have to work out some kind of a schedule for these chats, now I have added a lot of new stuff to my list (practices and gigs) that are going to take me away nights a bit.
These guys are really cool and great players. I'm pretty stoked about it!
I'll give you guys some links to the band once we get it going better.

Y'know.. it might be nice to use THIS thread (or a similar one) to kinda put an update on ourselves from time to time too.. Ken's trip, your band, my dance.. whatever so we get to know each other and any new poets better.

Just got back from practice- we are working on 'Picture' sheryl crow & Kids rock, Straight on, also by Heart, Gold Dust Woman & also did sweet child of mine. It was fun, I am groovin' playin' with these guys... pretty cool. They are really cool about wanting to do the stuff I want to do! We're going to work on some Garbage stuff Thursday- Paranoid, Stupid Girl & Special...
I love Shirley Manson's voice.

Awesome, 'Elle - I'm looking forward to hearing a bit of it some time...re: Thursdays, 9pm is no good for me at all, I'm leaving for work between 9:15-9:30, or even 7:45 if taking the train. Saturdays around 1-3pm might work except the week I emcee the poetry readings at the Green Leaf. (BTW, the Green Leaf has a MySpace profile if anyone is interested - Green Leaf Coffee House)

Thursdays wont work anymore for me, either- we have practice on Thursdays, and Saturday afternoons, except the Saturdays we play, which is most all of them through the Summer.
Last Saturday we we practiced from 2 until after 8pm! Gosh, I don't know, I'll have to get my schedule more settled before we can figure out what day would work for everyone!
