By The Garage Lights...
As Christmas softly wanders into the world,
A glow and a passing you can feel slipping closer by the day,
We search for ways to send our love into this world,
Light it up with all the sweetness we can can find,
Like the places I find in your arms,
Deep in the night,
When the stars shine sharp and bright,
Lights soft color glow reign in every neighborhood,
I take that with me down into the garage on Fridays,
My teacher comes over,
And we pour it into the sax and guitar,
Spread it like butter between the concrete pillars,
And I think of you.
