Tidal wave of emotions
by The Poet of Serendipity

I've never felt so out of control before...
no longer the master of my feelings.
Our love, like a tidal wave of emotions
Taking over

Unable to do more than ride the wave
Buffetted and helpless
Precariously tethered by our Love

Safe when in each others arms
but despite our strength
lost when we're apart

As the wave abates
we're washed upon the shore
our bodies lie close
exhausted, happy,
in Love
