A steed of white satin shimmered before me only the head, the neck and the mane hov'ring in strands of glint and gossamer weaving in a magical mystical wind in my father's garden
I sweetly stroked the waving tresses wisps became whole rippling flesh I straddled her sleek and muscular flanks we rose above the spreading willow tree
the river, the mountain and the sea till we reached the sprawling heavens marble castles in billowing clouds purple pennants streaming from spiral towers
My folk was gathered in the emerald valley harvesting the golden sheaves of summer grain My queen was waiting faithfully for me her toes dangling in the cool meadow rill
Once more I surveyed my peaceful domain green field, blue stream, black forest then my steed's hooves touched down gently upon the cobbles by the crystal fountain amid the cheers of the jubilant throng celebrating my triumphant return from the bitter wars of reality.

A hero's welcome for an earlier time. It reads quite grand, Ken.

This flows from a dream I used to have often as a child, and which I still remember fondly.
Thank you, Elle!

Dreams are some of the best inspirations, Ken. I had one about "The Bluest Angel" when I was three or four, I never, ever forgot it.
