If I didn't know you already
never even met you before
then saw you in the world today
a stranger walking slowly by me
would I be intrigued
when our eyes briefly met?

Would I get the chance
in that other dream world
to get to know you
as I have in this real world?

You were a star player
in my dream world
until your world and mine
intersected.

Dreams do come true.
